How do we get to the venue?

If you are staying in our selected hotel, there will be shuttles departing the hotel to and from the venue. If you choose to drive, there is parking onsite. 

What time should we arrive to the venue?

We ask that guests arrive at 3:15pm. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm sharp. Cocktail hour starts directly after at 4pm.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors at Swan Pond. Upon arrival, staff will guide you to the ceremony space. In case of rain, a tent will be provided, but we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.

Is the Reception inside or outside?

Our reception will take place in a tent at the Riverfront property at Buttermilk Falls. Staff will provide golf cart shuttles and special accommodations to those who need support walking through the outdoor terrain of the property.

Will there be a hotel room block?

Yes! Please check the "Accommodations" tab for more information/the link to book at a discounted rate. Our selected hotel is 14 minute drive to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

We have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be an after party?

Yes! There is an afterparty at the Barn onsite at Buttermilk Falls from 10pm-12am for us to continue the celebration after the reception!
